Logline

In a future where Earth's resources are gone, decorated soldier Titan Havoc embarks on a perilous mission to rescue his kidnapped daughter from a colony of man-eating demons — only to uncover a sinister political conspiracy that could doom all of humanity.

Synopsis

A High-Stakes Intergalactic Action-Thriller

Set on a new world where humanity has fled after Earth's resources have been exhausted, Titan Havoc — a highly decorated soldier in the galactic military — is called upon for a deadly mission: track down and eliminate a dangerous colony of man-eating demons that prey on human life. These creatures have a chilling history of consuming entire populations.

As Titan ventures deeper into the unknown, he discovers the demons, led by the ruthless Calyx, have struck a deal with one of Celestria's most powerful figures — Arion Luxis. In exchange for human sacrifices, the demons spare the Celestrian homeworld from war. Titan must fight to save his family, his comrades, and prevent a catastrophic alliance threatening all sentient life.

ROI Waterfall

How Capital Returns to Investors

Step 1

Gross Revenue

Distribution advances, streaming license fees, international sales, game publishing advances, and merchandise licensing flow into a single collection account.

Step 2

Distribution Fees & Expenses

Distributor fee (15%–25%) and marketing recoup (if applicable). Remaining balance moves to investors.

Step 3

Investor Recoupment

100% of net proceeds go to investors until the full $150,000 principal is repaid.

Step 4

Preferred Return

After principal recoupment, investors receive a 20% premium. $150K + $30K = $180K total.

Comparables

Sci-Fi Animation — Budget vs. Revenue

Multi-million dollar budgets often struggle to recoup theatrically. Lean indie productions monetize through ancillary markets. The $150K proof-of-concept is engineered as a high-quality asset — distribution deals, talent attachment, and IP value — not a theatrical break-even play.

Battle for Terra

Budget

$4–8M

Gross

~$6.3M

Smaller CG animation that monetized through home video, streaming, and international beyond initial theatrical.

The Iron Giant

Budget

$48–50M

Gross

~$31.7M

Underperformed theatrically, became a long-tail revenue winner via home video, syndication, and streaming.

Titan A.E.

Budget

$75–90M

Gross

~$36.8M

Studio sci-fi animation that lost money theatrically but grew in cult ancillary value over time.

Harlock: Space Pirate

Budget

~$30M

Gross

~$19M

Even well-produced sci-fi animation often undershoots — distribution strategy is everything.

Phased Strategy

Phase 1

Complete film at $150K. Build audience through targeted genre marketing.

Phase 2

Shop with a sales agent, packaging deck, and game prototype.

Phase 3

Use distribution offer to bring in an A-list voice and increase valuation.

Voice Talent

Casting & Attachment Strategy

Finish the film with relationship voices, then shop it to studios who prefer to attach their own A-list talent and finance the upgrade. That protects investor capital while letting the studio's leverage increase valuation.
